In her role as Manager of Pilot Selection, Patty directed the efforts of over 150 AA line pilots as they processed, interviewed, and selected new hire pilots. Patty also served on the Pilot Selection Board.

During her tenure, she developed successful relationships with NGPA, WAI, and OBAP while coordinating the company’s participation in each organization’s respective annual conferences. In 2019, OBAP-AA awarded Patty the Excellence in Diversity Award for her years of dedicated commitment and support.

When not hiring pilots, Patty worked in other departments at AA such as Human Resources, Diversity, and Flight Administration. She is very enthusiastic about assisting pilots reach their career goals and is committed to True North Pilot Consulting’s personalized coaching style.
